The birthday and anniversary benefit is good only for the month that the special day lies. It does not accumulate and is forfeited after the month.

Point accumulation will be based on dining purchases at the restaurant.

Your Club Card is for your personal use only. Transferring or gifting this card will make it invalid.

No purchase required to receive a Club Card.

A lost or stolen card will not be replaced.

Cafe 225 reserves the right to discontinue any and all rewards without notice. Cancelation of the Club Card is at the discretion of Cafe 225 and its management
