Peggy Kazarian Fernandes
Peggy Kazarian Fernandes raised in Tulare, where she currently resides. She has two children Josh and Margaret.
Ms. Fernandes majored in Art in college. She studied at College of the Sequoias, Fresno City College and Fresno State University earning a degree in Art. Entered various shows and competitions.
Although she is diverse in medium, Peggy’s passion is printmaking. Her current collection of new works are contemporary acrylics on paper. They are truly an expression of herself.
