Main St. Menu
Your menu tonight consists of the following three entrée selections.  A vegetarian selection will be added upon request. The chef will select an appropriate starch and vegetable to complement the Main Street Menu selections.

Salad  Selection
   - Tossed Green salad
   - Caesar salad

Main Entrée
   - Rotisserie Roasted Flat Iron Roast
     Hand carved and served at your desired temperature and finished with bordelaise sauce.

   - Grilled Atlantic Salmon Filet
     Topped with our  lemon caper and wine sauce

   - Grilled & Marinated Chicken Breast
     Topped with roasted garlic cream and chunky avocado salsa       
        
Dessert Selections
   - New York Cheesecake
   - Chocolate Mousse Cake
   - Chef’s Choice Seasonal Dessert
