with your choice of dressing: balsamic vinaigrette or creamy
pesto.
Caesar Salad: Romaine hearts, parmesan cheese,
croutons, tomato, mushroom and cucumber with our house Caesar
dressing. Topped with grilled chicken breast.
Spinach Salad: Spinach leaves, gorgonzola
cheese, red onions, walnuts, tomato and cucumber with balsamic
vinaigrette. Topped with grilled shrimp
Sante Fe Chicken Caesar Salad: Chopped Caesar
salad topped with black bean salsa, tortilla strips and blackened
chicken breast.
Asian Beef Salad: Finely chopped romaine
lettuce, napa cabbage, carrots, shitake mushrooms, bell peppers
tossed with our spicy asian dressing topped with fried won tons,
grilled teriyaki beef and chopped peanuts.
Substitute any of the proteins for
