Terms & Conditions

  • Deposit: A $50.00 deposit is required on all room reservations.
  • Cancellation Policy: We will return your deposit with a 5-day notice of cancellation.
  • Room Charge: There will be a charge of $50.00 for meeting or events with less than 20 guests when a meal is served. This fee will be added at time of event. Guest counts with over 20 guests there is no room charge.
  • Meeting Room Charges: For use of room without food service the fee is $100.00. Café 225 will provide water service and linens.
  • Room Reservations: A completed and signed agreement must accompany all room reservation confirmations.
  • Menu Selections: All menu selections need to be determined at least 5 days prior to event date.
         - Parties under 20 guests are permitted to order from the house menus.
         - Parties of 20 or more guests must have a limited / set menu.
  • Dessert Service Fee:
         - You may bring in your own dessert and we will present, cut and serve it for you.
  • Corkage Fee & Banquet Wine Policy:
         - Corkage fee is $10.00 per bottle with a maximum of 2 bottles allowed.
         - We reserve the right to refuse to open wines that are currently on our wine menu.
         - Banquet wines are offered from $15.00 to $50.00 per bottle.
           (we will special order any wine for your event)
  • Buffet Menu Guarantee:
         - You will be charged for the guest count established 48 hours prior to event date
           or the actual guest count, which ever is higher.
  • Equipment Charges:
         - Projection Screen usage $15.00
         - TV/VCR/DVD PLAYER $15.00
         - Rentals. A 5% service charge will be added to all rental invoices.
         - CD player and microphone available at no additional charge.
  • Gratuity: Gratuity will automatically be added to all functions.
  • Taxes: Taxes are collected for all applicable sales.
